Stakeholder Engagement Toolkit

The HEInnovate Stakeholder Engagement Toolkit supports higher education institutions and European Universities Alliances in systematically identifying, engaging, and collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the HEInnovate Transformation Journey. The guide introduces core principles of effective stakeholder engagement and provides practical tools (including a Stakeholder Engagement Matrix and a Stakeholder Mapping Action Sheet) to support reflection, dialogue, and strategic action. Designed for use in workshops, facilitated discussions, and institutional planning, the toolkit offers a structured yet flexible approach to building inclusive, meaningful, and sustainable stakeholder involvement in innovation and entrepreneurial transformation.
