HEInnovate - Entrepreneurship and innovation in the arts and creative sector

The next in the series HEInnovate webinar will take place on the 21st October 2021 at 5pm CEST. Our contributors will discuss the role and importance of entrepreneurship and innovation in the arts and creative sector. The contributors of the webinar will highlight the main trends and future plans based on their varied experience of working internationally in and with the arts, creative and cultural sectors. 

The hour-long webinar will be moderated by Kleitia Zeqo, a Senior Consultant at Technopolis Group and involve three contributors: 

  • Barbara Revelli, Head of Membership and Content from the European League of Institutes of the Arts. ELIA is a globally connected European network that provides a dynamic platform for exchange and development in higher arts education. It represents 260 members in 48 countries, across all art disciplines
  • Kleopatra Sidiropoulou, a Liaison Officer at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Kleopatra will provide information about the roadmap and key milestones of setting up a new Knowledge and Innovation Community for Europe’s Culture and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI)
  • Koenraad Hinnekint, project coordinator of the Future Art School Trends 2045 (FAST45) Knowledge Alliance project. The project collects knowledge, creates and tests methods and broadly implements them through Art School Futures Labs. In the Labs educators, researchers and employers come together and create futures scenarios to empower institutions to not only better anticipate an unknown future, but actively shape it
