
László is an economist who serves as an Associate Professor at ELTE Eötvös Loránd University's Institute of Education and as an associate editor for Tertiary Education and Management. His work centres on enhancing the strategic capabilities of higher education institutions. His PhD (2019) investigated how universities operate as learning organisations, providing valuable insights into building institutional capacity and fostering adaptive leadership. László researches how educational institutions respond to external shifts, such as digital transformation, contributing knowledge on institutional agility and effectively navigating change. His practical experience includes national research on digital advances in education and international consultancy projects (including work with the OECD on quality assurance), which inform approaches to institutional development and impact assessment.
